Deliver induction/orientation to new joinees timely.
Conduct feedback sessions with new joinees periodically.
2. HR Operations
Ensure timely and error-free payment of salaries.
Ensure timely and error free payment of full and final settlement.
Conduct exit interviews.
Ensure 100% statutory compliance.
Facilitates and follows all HR process.
Audit of HR records
3. Talent Management
Ensure goal setting and review for all employees.
Review and update policies and processes as per business requirement.
Conduct compensation benchmarking exercise.
Ensure successful completion of the performance review process.
Ensure critical talent management is looked after.
4. Talent Engagement
Plan and drive employee engagement calendar.
Support and drive the employee retention plan.
Manage and oversee engagement budgets.
5. Training and Development
Identify training needs through performance review, competency gap analysis, etc.
Ensure training coverage for employees.
Conduct training where applicable and possible and encourage training through line manager
and function leaders.
