Job Description

Manages and optimize inventory for sellers using Amazon's platform.  Responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient logistics, and cost-effective inventory management, often utilizing Seller Central tools and features

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management -
a) Overseeing inventory levels for Amazon FBA (Fulfilment by Amazon) and potentially other fulfilment methods. 

2. Demand Forecasting -
a) Developing and maintaining models to predict future demand and optimize inventory level using suitable Apps/Tools.

3. Inventory Performance Index (IPI) -
a) Monitoring and improving the IPI score to ensure optimal inventory management.

4. Data Analysis -
a) Analysing inventory data, sales trends, and marketplace demand to make informed decisions about restocking and inventory placement.
 
5. Cost Optimization -
a) Analyzing Amazon fees and optimizing inventory management to minimize costs. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Graduate in any discipline with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Centrals essential.
3. Proven experience in inventory management, forecasting, and reconciliation.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
