● Develop and expand channel partner networks for SOLT Wireless Nurse Call Systems across assigned territories.
● Manage B2B sales activities for hospital and healthcare-related medical equipment (non-consumable products).
● Build strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, dealers, distributors, and medical equipment partners.
● Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the healthcare sector.
● Coordinate with hospital management, procurement teams, biomedical departments, and channel partners for product promotion and sales conversion.
● Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
● Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth across the assigned region.
● Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients and channel partners to ensure long-term business relationships.
● Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights to management.
● Travel across India for business development, dealer meetings, and client visits as required.
Required Candidate Profile
● 3–5 years of experience in Channel Development, B2B Sales, or Business Development within the Medical Equipment or Healthcare Industry.
● Experience in selling medical devices/equipment (non-consumables) to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
● Strong existing network with hospitals, biomedical departments, dealers, distributors, and healthcare partners.
● Good understanding of hospital procurement processes and healthcare sales channels.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
● Willingness to travel extensively across India.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling independent business development activities.
