We are looking for an experienced Channel Development Executive to expand SOLT’s presence across hospitals and healthcare institutions in India. The role focuses on B2B sales, channel development, and partner management within the medical equipment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive B2B sales of wireless nurse call systems to hospitals and healthcare facilities
* Develop, manage, and expand hospital channels across assigned regions
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, system integrators, and partners
* Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare chains
* Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures
* Coordinate with internal teams and SOLT (South Korea) for technical support and project execution
* Conduct product demonstrations and support installations when required
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales of medical equipment (non-consumables preferred)
* Strong exposure to hospital sales, healthcare channels, or medical device distribution
* Existing relationships with hospitals, healthcare decision-makers, or medical equipment dealers
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage regional responsibilities
* Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Experience in selling hospital systems, medical devices, or healthcare technology solutions
* Understanding of hospital procurement processes and channel-driven sales models
* Result-oriented with strong relationship-building capabilities
