We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM & MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management (CRM) systems, including Zoho, WhatsApp APIs, and voice calling apps. The role involves working closely with the team to ensure seamless customer engagement, data analysis, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, including data entry, lead tracking, and customer interactions
- Work with WhatsApp APIs and voice calling apps to ensure efficient communication with customers
- Analyze data and generate reports using MIS tools to inform business decisions
- Train and support the team on CRM and MIS tools, including Excel
- Collaborate with the team to optimize CRM processes and improve customer satisfaction
- Identify and resolve issues with CRM and communication tools
- Provide hands-on support for Excel-based reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM/MIS or a similar role
- Proficiency or experience in Zoho CRM, sales force, WhatsApp APIs, and voice calling apps
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
