* Plan and manage complete HVAC project execution from kickoff to handover.
* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Technical Supervision:
* Review HVAC designs, BOQs, and drawings.
* Supervise installation of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, insulation, VRF, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, etc.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
* Lead site teams, subcontractors, and technical staff.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Procurement & Inventory:
* Monitor material requirements and ensure timely procurement and delivery.
* Coordinate with the purchase team and manage site-level inventory.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
* Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Conduct inspections and manage documentation related to quality audits.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover:
* Oversee testing and commissioning of installed HVAC systems.
* Ensure proper documentation and smooth project handover to the client.
Cost Management & Billing:
* Track project budgets and control costs.
* Prepare and verify RA bills and final project cost summaries.
Reporting & Documentation:
* Maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
* Report project status to senior management and address any deviations.
