Job Description

  •  Lead international client acquisition and business development activities in Europe and the USA.
  •  Build, maintain, and grow relationships with strategic overseas clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  •  Develop and implement export sales growth strategies aligned with company targets.
  •  Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial terms with international clients.
  •  Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  •  Coordinate with internal production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  •  Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions, if required.
  •  Manage ongoing communication with overseas partners and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies:
  •  Proven ability to research international markets, identify leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
  •  Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  •  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and discuss technical requirements with clients.
  •  Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  •  Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
  •  Experience in export sales within manufacturing / engineering organizations.
  •  Exposure to handling Europe & USA markets is highly preferred.
  •  Self-driven professional with a strong focus on growth, revenue generation, and client retention.

 

Qualification Graduation in Mechanical Engineering
Working knowledge of AutoCAD
Strong understanding of mechanical components and manufacturing drawings
