Job Description

The Regional Procurement & Supply Chain Manager will lead procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination between design, project, finance, and site teams. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, vendor empanelment, rate contracts, and cost optimization to achieve operational excellence and support business continuity across multiple categories such as interiors, MEP, acoustics, lighting, furniture, and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement Management:

  • Oversee procurementfor categories including C&I subcontracting, system furniture, carpets, chairs, loose furniture, blinds, ceilings, glazed partitions, sanitaryware, green walls, graphics & signage, MEP, acoustics, lighting, and BIM/consultant services.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement cycles— from tendering, bid evaluation, and negotiations to purchase order (PO) issuance and contract closure.
  • Float online tenders on PROCOL and organize pre-tender and pre-bid meetings.
  • Conduct open-book and lump-sum negotiations, prepare comparative statements (CS), and provide recommendations for management approval.
  • Create and maintain BOQ / PR / PO documentation and ensure timely approvals.
  • Develop and finalize rate contracts with consultants and suppliers across multiple domains such as MEP, lighting, acoustics, IoT, and kitchen services.

Vendor Management:

  • Maintain and continuously review a strategic vendor base to ensure quality, reliability, and competitiveness.
  • Drive continuous empanelment and re-evaluation of contractors and suppliers.
  • Establish supplier management procedures and policies to standardize procurement practices.
  • Set up forums with internal stakeholders to leverage vendor innovation and enhance supplier capabilities.
  • Anchor vendor capacity mapping to meet evolving project demands and ensure business continuity.

Project related Coordination:

  • Perform production requirement planning (PRP) and scheduling for projects to ensure timely material availability.
  • Align with Project operations and suppliers to optimize inventory holdings and project completion timelines.
  • Customize bills of material (BOM) for Closure of Additional Items involved during project execution phase.
  • Generate Project Tracker,  MIS reports, & Vendor Payment backlog statements, to support decision-making.

  • Timely closure of procurement and billing activities across projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 8–15 years of experience in procurement, vendor development, and supply chain management, preferably in interior fit-out, furniture, or construction domains.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, eProcurement platforms, and ERP systems.
  • Proven experience in vendor negotiations, rate finalizations, and managing multi-category sourcing portfolios.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
