Job Description

We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4–5 years of experience in handling Accounts and Finance functions within a corporate group. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial knowledge, analytical skills, and experience in managing financial operations. Candidates with prior experience in the Construction or Developer industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the accounts and finance operations of the organization.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and MIS.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and financial policies.
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audit and compliance activities.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and accounting records.
  • Support management in financial decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance within a corporate environment.
  • Experience in Construction / Real Estate / Developer companies will be an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
