We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage our B2B customer interactions. The role involves handling client queries, sharing product catalogs, preparing costings, coordinating samples, and following up to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to B2B customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Share product catalogs and guide clients on suitable options.
  • Prepare quotations/costings and ensure accuracy in pricing.
  • Coordinate product/sample dispatch and track status.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with customers to close sales.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Follow up consistently to close deals and achieve targets.
Requirements:

  • Graduate with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales support/customer handling.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Ability to think like a leader and own the job end to end
