The Sales Manager (Paid Services) will be responsible for driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer retention. All sales-related contracts, ensuring that they are prepared, negotiated, executed, and managed in alignment with company policies and legal standards. This role requires a strong understanding of paid services sales processes and the ability to work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth contract execution and compliance.
Responsibilities:
1. Meeting Top and Bottom line for Post Waranty Services
· Meet business objectives of Sales and Gross Margins
· Ensure a healthy pipeline of enquiries to meet targets
· Explore new segments / customers for business expansion
· Serve as the primary point of contact for AMC, retrofitters, spares sales related inquiries.
· Communicate contract terms, conditions, and updates to the sales team and other relevant stakeholders.
2. Customer Delight and Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business
· Understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
· Promptly respond to the needs of their tendering offers or site issues
· Ensure customer satisfaction score of min. 9.5 rating across all services provided
3. Contract Preparation and Negotiation:
· Draft, review, and negotiate sales contracts with customers, ensuring alignment with company business objectives.
· Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop contracts that meet those needs while protecting the company's interests.
· Coordinate with legal, finance, and other relevant departments to finalize contract terms.
4. Contract Administration:
· Maintain an organized repository of all sales contracts and related documentation.
· Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
· Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations in a timely manner.
5. Risk Management:
· Identify potential risks in sales contracts and develop strategies to mitigate them.
· Ensure all contractual obligations are met to minimize the risk of disputes and legal issues.
6. Continuous Process Improvement:
· Develop and implement standardized sales contract management processes and procedures.
· Continuously evaluate and improve sales contract management practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
