We are currently hiring for the position of Barista Sales Boy. We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong background in the coffee or cafe industry.
Important Criteria (Mandatory):
Candidate must either hold a degree/diploma in Hotel Management
OR
Have prior work experience in a café/coffee shop environment
Should know how to prepare a variety of coffee beverages
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Maintain food safety standards and follow FIFO practices
Manage stock and inventory with accuracy
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback
Support store operations during staff shortages or emergencies
Ensure smooth shift transitions and daily operations
Requirements:
Experience: 3 to 6 years in a coffee chain / QSR / café industry
Skills:
Verbal and written communication
Customer handling and sales
Time and shift management
Knowledge of coffee preparation & stock management
Attributes:
Honest, polite, and dependable
Proactive and responsible
Team player with a positive attitude
