Job Description :
Ø Assess the service needs of clients & connect them with the correct service provider.
Ø Ensure each client is given the necessary service.
Ø Ensure timely billing for the services provided and thereon payment follow-ups with the client.
Ø Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems.
Ø Create and maintain a database of client's warranty and AMC services/good record-keeping skills.
Ø Maintain good relationships with service providers & clients to keep customer base.
Ø Create and maintain a directory of service providers.
Ø Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries of the customers.
