Monitor daily operations related to mutual fund transactions.
Ensure timely processing of transaction.
Achieve business and revenue targets assigned by management.
Guide team members regarding mutual fund products and compliance requirements.
Maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and Asset Management Companies (AMCs).
Resolve client queries and operational issues efficiently.
Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance.
Train and motivate team members for better productivity.
Keep updated with SEBI/AMFI regulations and industry changes.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills. Good knowledge of mutual fund products and processes. Excellent communication and client handling skills. Knowledge of KYC, FATCA,and compliance procedures. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Qualification:
Graduate/ PostGraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration. NISM Certification Preferred Experience: 2–4 years of experience in mutual fund sales. Prior team handling experience preferred.
