Job Description

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell real estate properties.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all calls made and received, and updating the customer database with relevant information in Company CRM.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Providing customers with information about available properties, including their features, amenities, and pricing.
  • Inviting the prospective Buyer for Site Visit and follow up.
  • Explaining the buying and selling process to customers, and guiding them through the entire process.
  • Following up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the company's Product and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Achieving Site Visit targets and quotas set by the company, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations, and providing feedback on customer trends and preferences.
  • Qualification : BBA,B.com,MBA,BA(Freshers)
