Job Description

1. Business Development & Strategy
•Drive sales and revenue growth for Verom’s premium villa and luxury property portfolio.
•Develop and execute strategies to expand Verom’s footprint across key luxury real estate markets in India.
•Identify and onboard high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), NRIs, and institutional investors.
•Build strategic alliances with developers, channel partners, and wealth management firms.
 
2. Client Relationship Management
•Manage relationships with elite clientele, ensuring a high-touch, consultative approach.
•Provide expert real estate advisory services including investment planning, property evaluation, and portfolio diversification.
•Ensure superior client experience through personalized engagement and post-sales support.
 
3. Sales Leadership
•Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
•Monitor and manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
•Drive performance through structured KPIs, sales planning, and market insights.
•Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
 
4. Market Research & Intelligence
•Track real estate market trends, pricing, and demand patterns in the luxury segment.
•Analyze competitor projects and recommend positioning and pricing strategies.
•Support management in preparing business forecasts, reports, and presentations.
 
5. Branding & Representation
•Represent Verom at property expos, luxury events, and investor summits.
•Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns targeting affluent buyers and investors.
•Uphold Verom’s brand ethos of trust, transparency, and premium service.
 
 
Qualifications & Experience
•MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate Management.
•10–15 years of experience in real estate sales/advisory, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
•Proven track record of success in luxury real estate transactions (preferably villas, high-end apartments, or second homes).
•Strong client network across HNI/NRI and investor segments.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
