Job Description

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) projects from design through execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the MEP project team
  • Coordinate with client, architect, contractor, and PMC
  • Plan project sequencing, scheduling, and overall execution
  • Ensure quality control and design compliance
  • Provide design and technical support during execution
  • Conduct site visits and monitor site activities
  • Prepare BOQ and support tendering processes
  • Review technical specifications and MEP equipment selection

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
  • Experience in project coordination and management tools Project/Primavera preferred)
  • Good communication and leadership skills
