1. Should be able to handle the site independently and coordinate with customer representatives and PMC on a day to basis.
2. Should be able to communicate on daily reports and formats required by the customer and the company.
3. Should have enough knowledge of HVAC Installation and read drawings and other technical documents clearly.
4. Should coordinate with the contactors and monitor the progress of work and quality in accordance with the stipulated time frame committed and guidelines laid by the company.
5. Should be able to raise indents for the material required at site and submit the same to Procurement Deptt. Of the company.
6. Should be competent enough to carry out the measurements at site for billing purpose.
7. Should have experience installation of Chilled Water system, VRV and Packaged AC systems.
