Job Description

Operations Head – Turnkey Projects with strong experience in managing end-to-end interior fit-out and construction projects. The role will be responsible for operations planning, execution, vendor management, cost control, quality assurance, and team leadership to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complete turnkey project executionfrom planning to handover
  • Oversee multiple project sites ensuring quality, timelines, cost control, and safety compliance
  • Coordinate with design, project, procurement, and quality teamsfor smooth operations
  • Monitor project budgets, BOQs, billing, and variance control
  • Handle vendor procurement, negotiation, and performance management
  • Establish site processes, reporting systems, and workflow controls
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate risks proactively
  • Ensure documentation, compliance, and safety standards are followed
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with project managers and site teams
  • Act as primary operations interface for key clients and consultants

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in turnkey interior / construction project operations
  • Expertise in project planning, cost management, and vendor coordination
  • Sound knowledge of materials, site execution, quality control standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience & Qualification

  • Experience:8–12+ years in interior fit-out / construction operations
  • Qualification:NICMAR / Civil Engineering / Project Management (NICMAR preferred)
