We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director with a strong background in Dubai real estate sales who is now based in India. The ideal candidate will spearhead our Dubai property sales vertical across India — leveraging existing client relationships, building new networks, and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious growth targets. This role demands strategic leadership, a strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, and the ability to drive sales operations, marketing initiatives, and people management for the Dubai portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership
• Drive the overall sales strategy for Dubai real estate projects in the Indian market.
• Leverage existing Dubai client base and networks to generate business opportunities.
• Identify and cultivate new high-net-worth clients and investor segments in India interested in Dubai properties.
• Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent performance delivery.
2. Team Building & Management
• Build, train, and lead a team of Real Estate Sales Managers, Relationship Executives, and Tele-sales staff focused on Dubai projects.
• Set performance standards, provide mentorship, and establish an achievement-driven sales culture.
• Collaborate with HR to attract top real estate talent specialized in international sales.
3. Business Development
• Forge partnerships with sub-brokers, wealth managers, and channel partners across India for Dubai project promotions.
• Attend and organize real estate exhibitions, property shows, and private events to showcase Dubai projects.
• Liaise with developers and property consultants in Dubai for inventory management, pricing updates, and exclusivity deals.
4. Marketing & Strategy
• Work closely with the in-house and external marketing teams to plan campaigns, events, digital outreach, and content strategies for Dubai property promotion.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with Dubai developer standards and UAE real estate compliance norms.
• Evaluate ROI from marketing activities and optimize for lead quality and conversions.
5. Operations & Reporting
• Oversee end-to-end client management — from inquiry to closure, documentation, and after-sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline reports, and sales forecasts.
• Provide monthly performance reports and business insights to management.
Required Experience & Skills:
• 8–15 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales, preferably with top developers or agencies.
• Deep understanding of Dubai real estate laws, off-plan sales, and project portfolios.
• Strong network of Dubai property investors, especially Indian HNIs, NRIs, and brokers.
• Proven track record in team leadership, achieving sales targets, and setting up new business verticals.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders — developers, clients, and team members — effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
