As a Sales Executive specializing in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales within the Home Appliance, Crockery, and Glassware industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing relationships with businesses, retailers, and distributors to promote and sell our range of home appliances, crockery, and glassware products.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential B2B clients, including retailers, hospitality businesses, restaurants, catering services, and corporate offices.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Sales and Negotiation:
Present product demonstrations and conduct sales pitches to potential clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to maximize profitability while meeting their budgetary constraints.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts, following up to secure orders and close deals.
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, customer feedback, and sales analysis to optimize sales processes and enhance revenue generation.
Customer Service and Support:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring timely resolution of any issues or concerns raised by clients.
Coordinate with the customer service team to facilitate order processing, delivery scheduling, and after-sales support, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the home appliance, crockery, or glassware industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
