● Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system.

● Schedule appointments and site visits for prospective buyers.
● Assist the sales team in converting leads into clients.
● Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Key Requirements:
● Experience: 1-3 years of telecalling or customer service experience (real estate
experience preferred but not mandatory).
● Education: Graduate in any field.
Skills:
○ Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
○ Strong sales and negotiation skills.
○ Ability to handle client objections and convert inquiries into sales.
