Negotiate terms, close deals, and prepare contracts / proposals as needed.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns in a timely manner.
Target Achievement
Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates and forecasts.
Reporting & CRM Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions in CRM.
Generate regular sales reports for management review.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
Provide feedback to management about market dynamics and potential improvements.
Representation & Events
Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, meetings, and networking sessions as required.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to prepare promotional materials and strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Good research and analytical skills to understand market trends and client needs.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Ability to travel within the Delhi NCR region for field visits, client meetings, and events.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
