Job Description

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, and market research.

    • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. 

  2. Sales & Pitching

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients and decision-makers. 

    • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions. 

  3. Conversion & Follow-up

    • Conduct regular follow-ups to convert prospects into confirmed business.

    • Negotiate terms, close deals, and prepare contracts / proposals as needed. 

  4. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business. 

    • Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns in a timely manner. 

  5. Target Achievement

    • Work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates and forecasts. 

  6. Reporting & CRM Management

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions in CRM.

    • Generate regular sales reports for management review.

  7. Market & Competitor Analysis

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.

    • Provide feedback to management about market dynamics and potential improvements.

  8. Representation & Events

    • Represent the company at business events, exhibitions, meetings, and networking sessions as required. 

    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to prepare promotional materials and strategies.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred but not mandatory). 

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, business development, or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).

  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. 

  • Good research and analytical skills to understand market trends and client needs. 

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems. 

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. 

  • Ability to travel within the Delhi NCR region for field visits, client meetings, and events.

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
