Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Centre Manager, he OR she will be responsible for the overall management
and profitability of the center. This includes driving business growth, marketing
activities, ensuring excellent operational standards, and creating a positive learning
environment.
1. Business Development and Revenue Growth:
● Plan and implement marketing strategies to achieve admission targets and
increase revenue.
● Explore and implement initiatives to generate leads through local marketing
activities such as seminars/webinars, tie-ups with educational institutions,
canopy activities, and participation in city-wide events.
● Establish partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centres, and other
educational institutions to enhance visibility and enrollments.
2. Operational Excellence:
● Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, including timely MIS
updates, fee collections, and financial reporting.
● Monitor and improve operational efficiency to meet performance goals and
maintain profitability.
● Oversee admissions, batch scheduling, faculty coordination, and student
satisfaction.
3. Team Leadership and Development:
● Lead, mentor, and motivate the team, including counselors, faculty, and other
staff members, to meet business and operational objectives.
● Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for team
improvement.
4. Student Experience Management:
● ensure a student-centric environment for satisfaction and retention.
● Address and resolve student grievances promptly and professionally.
5. Marketing and Outreach Activities:
● Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute local and digital
promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
● Organize awareness programs to highlight the benefits of AVGC and M&E
courses in the local community.
6. Profitability and Reporting:
● Manage the centre’s P&L to ensure profitability and cost control.
● Submit regular business and financial reports to the management.
Qualifications and Experience:
● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Education, or related
fields.
● Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing educational centres or similar
roles, with a strong preference for AVGC or M&E industries.
● Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue targets.
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
● Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi
