Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, driving footfall, and increasing brand visibility through offline and online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to boost sales
  • Manage client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Plan and execute BTL (Below the Line) and ATL (Above the Line) marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with mall management, local vendors, and tenants to promote events and offers
  • Track competitor activities and market trends
  • Create and manage social media and digital campaigns in coordination with the digital team
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Provide reports and feedback to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 -5 years of proven experience in sales/marketing (real estate, retail, or mall marketing preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented
