Key Responsibilities
* Manage sales and leasing of commercial properties
* Identify and generate new business opportunities
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and investors
* Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations
* Negotiate deals and ensure successful closures
* Track market trends and competitor activities


Required Skills & Qualifications
* 15+ years of experience in sales & marketing - Real estate
* Strong knowledge of commercial property market and leasing
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills (Conveyancing Skill)
* Ability to handle high-value transactions independently
* Leadership and team management skills
