We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head to drive sales across all our centres (B2C healthcare retail model). The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts, manage and motivate the sales team, monitor the entire funnel from leads to conversions, plan and execute campaigns / tie-ups, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
Sales Strategy & Targeting: Define and implement monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure their achievement across all centres. Develop sales plans and strategies tailored to the healthcare retail / diagnostics / service-chain context.
Team Management & Training: Lead, mentor and train counsellors / clinic staff / sales staff to ensure effective follow-ups, enquiry conversion and customer engagement.
Lead & Funnel Management: Oversee lead flow, CRM follow-ups, pipeline / sales funnel management — ensuring efficient lead conversion.
Field Sales & Business Development: Plan and execute regional campaigns, field sales initiatives, and tie-ups with hospitals/clinics/other relevant partners to drive growth, footfall and conversions.
Reporting & Revenue Tracking: Prepare weekly / monthly reports on leads generated, conversions, sales revenue, performance against targets — and present to senior management.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with operations, marketing, clinic/centre staff and management to align sales initiatives with business objectives; coordinate with partners for tie-ups and promotions.
Market & Customer Insight: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer behaviour, feedback — refine sales strategy accordingly.
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience — preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, hearing-aid, eye-care, dental chains or similar retail/service industry with multiple centres.
Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, manage sales teams, convert leads in a B2C healthcare retail / service-oriented business.
Team Leadership & Training Ability: Strong leadership, coaching and team-management skills. Comfortable training staff (counsellors / clinic staff) for sales conversion.
Sales Process & CRM Familiarity: Good understanding of lead management, CRM usage, sales funnel management, follow-ups and customer conversion flows.
Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to plan regional campaigns, tie-ups, field sales initiatives, and execute them effectively.
Reporting & Analytical Skills: Comfortable preparing reports, tracking KPIs (leads, conversions, revenue), analyzing sales data.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and persuasion skills; customer-centric mindset.
Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to travel / visit centres / field sites, hands-on approach in a dynamic retail-healthcare environment.
