Roles & Responsibilities:
. Drive annual SOH and sponsorship revenue against monthly and quarterly targets.
. Build and convert a continuous pipeline of brands, media agencies and OOH specialists across categories.
. Negotiate and close media sales deals across the mall's full inventory — façade, atrium, hoardings, lift wraps, pillars, washrooms, parking and digital screens.
. Develop and pitch sponsorship packages for in-mall events, IPs and seasonal calendars.
. Negotiate rate cards, contracts, payment milestones and renewals.
. Track competitive media pricing across DLF, Pacific, Ambience, Select City walk and other key Delhi-NCR malls.
. Coordinate with marketing, leasing, BTL and operations to ensure smooth execution and dispute resolution.
. Maintain monthly MIS covering booked, billed and collected revenue, inventory occupancy, deal pipeline and forecasts.
. Manage receivables and ensure healthy collection cycles with finance.
