Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced BMS (Building Management System) Project Sales Manager to drive
and manage sales initiatives. This role involves engaging
with key clients, managing high-value projects, and developing strategies that align with the
company’s growth goals and customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and execute sales strategies for BMS projects across Chennai, focusing on building
long-term client relationships and driving business growth.
● Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients, consultants, and contractors
within the BMS and automation industry.
● Manage the entire sales cycle, from client engagement and proposal development to
negotiation and contract closure.
● Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client specifications and
industry standards.
● Conduct market analysis to identify trends, potential business opportunities, and competitive
positioning.
● Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic sales plans to meet revenue
targets.
● Oversee contract negotiations to ensure compliance with company policies and client
expectations.
● Stay updated on BMS technologies, industry standards, and emerging trends to offer clients
the most innovative solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
● 15 to 25 years of experience in BMS or related project sales, with a proven track record of
achieving sales targets.
● Strong network within the BMS, HVAC, or automation sectors, especially in the Chennai
region.
● Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
● Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales-related software.
