We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager – Chiller and VRF to oversee and manage HVAC projects, ensuring efficient execution, cost control, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in handling large-scale Chiller and VRF system projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution:
○ Oversee the entire Chiller and VRF project lifecycle, from planning to
commissioning.
○ Develop project schedules, resource allocation, and execution plans.
2. Technical & Site Management:
○ Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of Chiller and VRF
systems.
○ Ensure compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and safety
regulations.
○ Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in coordination with
engineers and contractors.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
○ Manage communication with clients, consultants, vendors, and
subcontractors.
○ Evaluate vendor proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely material
procurement.
4. Budget & Cost Control:
○ Monitor project costs, optimize resource utilization, and ensure cost-effective
solutions.
○ Identify potential cost overruns and implement corrective actions.
5. Quality & Compliance:
○ Implement QA/QC procedures for HVAC installation and commissioning.
○ Ensure adherence to regulatory codes, safety protocols, and environmental
standards.
6. Team Leadership & Training:
○ Lead and mentor project engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
○ Conduct technical training for the team on Chiller and VRF system
installation and maintenance.
7. Reporting & Documentation:
○ Prepare and submit project reports, progress updates, and financial status
reports.
○ Maintain detailed project documentation, including drawings, change orders,
and approvals.
Key Requirements:
✅ Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
✅ Experience: Minimum 10 years in Chiller and VRF system project management.
✅ Technical Knowledge:
● Strong understanding of HVAC systems, VRF technology, and Chillers.
● Knowledge of load calculations, piping design, BMS integration, and control
systems.
✅ Project Management Skills:
● Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD is a plus.
● Strong ability to manage timelines, costs, and risks.
✅ Certifications: PMP certification or HVAC-related certifications (preferred).
✅ Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
