Location: Noida
Working Hours: Monday - Friday from 4:30 pm to 1:30 am IST (7 am to 4 pm EST)

Desired Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in any technical field (BTECH, Computer Science,Architecture, etc.) OR MBA preferably in Sales & Marketing.

Required Experience:
• 0-5 years of experience in Sales
• Preferred Sales experience in US B2B

We are looking for an energetic BDA to help drive our sales and grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining
existing relationships. Other duties will include market research, developing business strategies and pitches, managing a variety of projects, and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

  • Become a subject matter expert on our product line and have meaningful dialogue with clients
  • Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
  • Ability to connect with our Production Team to solve client’s technical requirements related to our products
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
Primary responsibilities:
• Subject Matter Expert: Learn product line and become a subject matter expert on products
• Sales Opportunities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and funnel systems
• Set up virtual meetings with potential influencers
• Client Interactions: Follow-up, make outbound calls, provide estimates and manage emails
• Phone management: Receive incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member
• Email Management: Check and respond to emails
• Pre-Qualify Opportunities: Follow checklist to identify which opportunities in the funnel to bid on.
• CRM: Using CRM to stay organized and stay on top off all deal flow
