Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) Chillers and Heat Pumps industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, a deep understanding of HVAC systems, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our General Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Description

Sales Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and drive comprehensive sales strategies for HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps in alignment with regional and organizational goals.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, revenue budgets, and market share objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth avenues within the HVAC industry.

Customer Engagement & Business Development
  • Build, strengthen, and manage long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and end customers.
  • Lead customer acquisition initiatives by identifying and converting prospective clients.
  • Conduct high-level product presentations, technical discussions, and solution-based selling.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and after-sales support.

Product & Technical Expertise
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HVAC Chillers and Heat Pumps, including applications and system integration.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide advanced technical guidance and customized solutions to clients.

Sales Execution & Operations
  • Lead preparation of techno-commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations.
  • Drive negotiations and take ownership of closing high-value deals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project management, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Market Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
  • Review sales performance, generate MIS reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Forecast sales pipelines and ensure accurate business projections.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Drive performance management, training, and capability development of team members.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal departments.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or electrical Preferred).
  • Strong and proven experience in HVAC sales, specifically Chillers and Heat Pumps.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle large accounts and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mind set with strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
